Ingredients

- 2 dl milk
- 2 dl Greek yogurt
- 2 large eggs (free-range) or 3 young hen eggs
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- Butter for frying

Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix together the milk, Greek yogurt, eggs, and mashed bananas.
2. Add the sugar, flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar. Stir until you have a smooth batter.
3. Heat a frying pan and add a knob of butter.
4. Pour the batter onto the pan to form pancakes of your desired size. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
5. Serve warm with maple syrup or berries.
