Ingredients:

- 300 g De Vegetarische Slagerin vegekanaa
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 200 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 100 ml vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions:

1. Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and crushed garlic, sauté until soft.
3. Add the diced bell pepper and cook for a few minutes.
4. Add the De Vegetarische Slagerin vegekana to the pan and cook until it gets a nice color.
5. Stir in the halved cherry tomatoes, vegetable broth, soy sauce, and oregano. Mix well.
6. Let the dish simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Serve warm, garnished with fresh basil.
