Chicken Pasta with Whole Wheat Fusilli

A delicious and hearty chicken pasta dish made with whole wheat fusilli, marinated chicken, and a creamy sauce. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 450 g marinated chicken strips
- 1 large onion
- 1 can crème fraîche
- 1 package whole wheat fusilli pasta
- 2 dl water
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the whole wheat fusilli pasta according to package instructions in salted water. Drain the pasta.
2. Peel and chop the large onion.
3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the marinated chicken strips. Cook until they are golden brown.
4. Add the chopped onion to the pan and continue to cook until the onion is soft.
5. Stir in the crème fraîche and 2 dl of water. Allow the sauce to simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
6. Season with black pepper to taste.
7. Mix the cooked fusilli into the sauce and serve warm.
