A delicious and filling dish that combines smoked salmon, shrimp, and a creamy sauce. Perfect for a weekday dinner or a more festive occasion. Preparation time: 30 minutes
Serving size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients
- 300 ml heavy cream - 1 large onion
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 250 g cold smoked salmon
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 80 g goat cheese
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 300 g shrimp
- 20 capers
- 400 g whole grain pasta (shells, fusilli, etc.)
- 100 ml parsley
Instructions
1. Boil the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and set aside. 2. Peel and chop the onion and garlic.
3. Heat the cooking oil in a pan and add the onion. Sauté until soft.
4. Add the garlic and cook for a moment longer.
5. Pour the heavy cream into the pan and add the cornstarch. Mix well.
6. Add the cold smoked salmon, shrimp, capers, and crumbled goat cheese. Season with salt and black pepper. Let simmer for 5-10 minutes.
7. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce and mix well.
8. Add chopped parsley before serving.
