A delicious and colorful dish perfect as a main course. This recipe is easy to make and full of flavor.

Serving Size: 4 servings

Ingredients:

- 4 bell peppers (e.g., red or yellow)
- 300 g ground beef (or chicken)
- 1 dl rice
- 1 onion
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 dl tomato sauce
- 1 dl grated cheese (e.g., mozzarella or Emmental)
- 2 tbsp oil

Instructions:

1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
2. Peel and chop the onion and garlic.
3. Heat the oil in a skillet and sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
4. Add the ground meat to the skillet and cook until browned.
5. Mix in the cooked rice, salt, black pepper, paprika, and oregano. Add the tomato sauce and stir well.
6. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
7. Stuff the peppers with the meat mixture and place them in a baking dish.
8. Sprinkle grated cheese over the stuffed peppers.
9. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (392 °F) for about 25-30 minutes, until the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted and golden.
10. Serve warm.
