Ingredients:
- 2 grilled bell peppers
- 2 cups Turkish yogurt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Drain any excess liquid from the grilled peppers and place them in a bowl.
2. Blend the peppers using an immersion blender until smooth.
3. Add the Turkish yogurt, minced garlic, and season with salt and black pepper to the bowl.
