Ingredients:
- 1 large mango
- 1 small red onion
- 1 lime (zest and juice)
- 2 chipotle peppers (finely chopped)
- Fresh basil (chopped)
- A pinch of salt
- 2 teaspoons of agave syrup
Instructions:
1. Dice the mango into small chunks and place them in a bowl.
2. Finely chop the red onion, chipotle peppers, and basil. Add them to the bowl with the mango.
3. Zest the lime and squeeze the juice into the bowl. Add the salt and agave syrup.
4. Mix all the ingredients well together.
5. Let the salsa chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
