Gourmet Chicken with Green Beans and Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients:
- 400 g chicken fillets - 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 200 g fresh green beans
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 100 ml cream
- 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 50 g Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Season the chicken fillets with salt and black pepper, and cook them in the pan for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.2. Boil the green beans in salted water for about 3-4 minutes until they are crisp. Drain and rinse with cold water.
3. Add the cherry tomatoes to the pan and cook for a moment until they start to soften.
4. Pour the cream into the pan and stir in the fresh basil and lemon juice. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
5. Mix the cooked green beans into the sauce and serve with the chicken.
6. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
