- 1 bottle Charles Heidsieck Vintage 2006 Brut
- 1 bottle Bollinger Rosé Brut
- 1 bottle Moet & Chandon Grand Vintage Rosé 2013
- 1 bottle Veuve Clicquot Extra Old Extra Brut
- 200 g brioche
- 150 g fresh raspberries
- 150 g peaches, sliced
- 100 g rhubarb, cooked and sliced
- 100 g almond flakes
- 100 g fresh herbs (such as basil and mint)
Instructions:
1. Prepare all ingredients by slicing the brioche and peaches.
2. Arrange the brioche slices on a serving platter.
3. Top with fresh raspberries, peach slices, and rhubarb slices.
4. Sprinkle almond flakes and fresh herbs over the bites.
5. Open all champagne bottles and serve chilled.
