A refreshing and exciting twist on the classic Mint Julep, where whiskey is replaced with champagne and brandy. This drink is perfect for special occasions or summer evenings. Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
- 5 cl brandy
- 2 cl fresh lemon juice
- 1 cl simple syrup
- Fresh mint leaves
- Champagne (sparkling wine)
- Ice
- Mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions:
1. Place the mint leaves and simple syrup at the bottom of a glass.
2. Add the lemon juice and gently muddle the mint leaves to release the flavors.
3. Fill the glass with ice and pour the brandy over it.
4. Top off the glass with champagne.
5. Stir gently and garnish with a sprig of mint.
