Ingredients:

- 4 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 50 g potato starch
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 dl champagne
- 100 g melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. Whip the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients (all-purpose flour, potato starch, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt).
4. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the egg mixture.
5. Pour in the champagne and melted butter, mixing well until combined.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and cooked through.
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
