A delicious recipe perfect for an evening where you can enjoy various champagnes paired with delicious dishes. Preparation time is about 1 hour and serves 4. Ingredients:
- 500 g fresh salmon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon
- 1 bunch fresh dill
- 200 g potatoes
- 100 g green beans
- 100 g sour cream
- 1 tbsp capers
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
Instructions:
1. Peel and boil the potatoes in salted water until tender.
2. Wash and blanch the green beans in boiling water for about 3 minutes until bright green. Drain and set aside.
3. Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the salmon on both sides for about 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
4. Squeeze lemon juice over the salmon and garnish with fresh dill.
5. Prepare the sauce by mixing sour cream, capers, and Dijon mustard together.
6. Serve the salmon with potatoes and green beans, drizzling the sauce on top.
