Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., tagliatelle)
- 200 g fresh mushrooms (e.g., button mushrooms)
- 100 g green peppercorns
- 200 ml cream
- 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- Fresh basil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Drain and reserve a little cooking water.
2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add finely chopped garlic and sauté briefly.
3. Add sliced mushrooms and green peppercorns to the pan. Cook until the mushrooms are soft and have a nice color.
4. Pour cream into the pan and mix well. Let the mixture simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
5. Stir the cooked pasta into the sauce and add reserved cooking water as needed. Season with salt and black pepper.
6. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and mix until the cheese has melted.
7. Serve with fresh basil on top.
