Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or penne)
- 150 g bacon
- 2 apples (e.g., Granny Smith)
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp fresh sage leaves (or 1 tsp dried)
- 100 g feta cheese
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente in salted water.
2. Slice the bacon and place it in a hot skillet to brown.
3. Dice the apples and add them to the skillet once the bacon is crispy. Sauté the mixture for a moment and season with sugar, salt, and black pepper. Add the sage.
4. Drain the pasta and transfer it to the skillet. Toss to combine the flavors with the pasta and serve on plates.
