This delicious cream cheese pasta is quick and easy to make. It's the perfect weeknight lifesaver, combining the flavors of bacon, mushrooms, and garlic cream cheese.
Preparation Time: 25 minutes
Serving Size: 4
Ingredients:
- 1 can of mushrooms (about 150g)
- 1 packet of bacon
- ½ leek
- Just under 200g of garlic cream cheese
- 300g of pasta
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
2. In a pot over medium heat, sauté the mushrooms, bacon, and chopped leek until the bacon is crispy and the mushrooms are tender.
3. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the mushroom-bacon-leek mixture.
4. Stir in the garlic cream cheese and heat for a moment until all ingredients are well combined.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
