- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon

- 1 tablespoon butter
Horseradish Yogurt Sauce:
- 200 g Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons grated horseradish
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
