Ingredients

- 1 dl wheat bran
- 2 dl graham flour
- 1 packet dry yeast
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp sugar
- approximately 4 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- approximately 3 dl warm water

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients (wheat bran, graham flour, dry yeast, salt, and sugar) together.
2. Add warm water and olive oil to the dry mixture.
3. Knead the dough until it becomes firm. The dough should be elastic but not too sticky.
4. Place the dough in a greased long loaf pan (about 1.5 liters) and cover it with a cloth.
5. Let the dough rise in a warm place until it doubles in size, about 30-45 minutes.
6. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit).
7. Bake the bread in the lower part of the oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the top is beautifully golden brown.
8. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for a moment before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
