Ingredients:
- Cosmopolitan salad leaves
- Pickles
- Bell pepper
- Avocado
- Cooked and shredded chicken
- Feta cheese (crumbled)
- Tomato
- Mayonnaise or yogurt dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Wash and dry the Cosmopolitan salad leaves thoroughly.
2. Prepare the fillings: julienne the pickles, bell pepper, and tomato. Slice the avocado and crumble the feta cheese.
3. Take one salad leaf and place your desired amount of fillings in the center.
4. Add a little mayonnaise or yogurt dressing on top and season with salt and pepper.
5. Fold the edges of the salad leaf over the fillings and roll it tightly into a wrap.
6. Repeat steps 3-5 with the remaining salad leaves.
7. Serve the salad wraps immediately as an appetizer or main dish.
