A delicious dessert featuring a buttery biscuit base topped with tart lingonberries and rich caramel sauce.

Serving Size: 8 servings
Ingredients:
- 100 g butter
- 200 g digestive biscuits
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 dl cream
- 1 dl frozen lingonberries
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Start by preparing the biscuit base: melt the butter in a saucepan.
2. Add crushed digestive biscuits to the melted butter and mix until well combined.
3. Spread the biscuit mixture on a baking paper into a large, thin circle.
4. Bake the biscuit base at 200 °C for about 5 minutes.
5. While the base is baking, prepare the caramel sauce: cook sugar and cream in a saucepan over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.
6. Once the caramel is thick, add a knob of butter and mix well.
7. Allow the biscuit base to cool, then top it with frozen lingonberries.
8. Pour the caramel sauce over the lingonberries and let it cool before serving.
