A delicious and creamy dessert that combines caramel and berries. Preparation time: 20 minutes. Serving size: 4.
Ingredients:
- 1 dl caramel sauce
- 2 dl whipping cream
- 1 can of cottage cheese
- 2 dl black currants
- 2 dl red currants
Instructions:
1. Whip the cream in a bowl until soft and fluffy.
2. In another bowl, mix the whipped cream, cottage cheese, and caramel sauce until well combined.
3. Layer the cheese mixture and the red and black currants in glasses. You can also mix the berries into the cheese mixture if desired.
4. Garnish the servings with berries and currant leaves.
5. Serve chilled.
