Ingredients:
- 1 jar (250 g) quark
- 2 dl heavy cream
- 2-4 tbsp sweetener (e.g., stevia, sugar, or honey)
- 2-3 dl fresh berries (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- Vanilla sugar (optional)
Instructions:
1. Whip the heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks.
2. In a bowl, mix the quark and sweetener together.
3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the quark mixture until well combined.
4. Add the fresh berries to the mixture and fold gently to avoid crushing them.
5. Spoon the marjarahka into serving dishes and garnish with additional berries and a sprinkle of vanilla sugar, if desired.
6. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator before serving.
