Marjarahka is a delicious and refreshing side dish that pairs perfectly with blood pancakes or other types of pancakes.

Ingredients:

- 1 tsp quark
- ½ dl sweetened lingonberry or red currant jam
- 1 tsp pure vanilla sugar
