Ingredients:
- 0.5 dl sugar
- 2 cups (500 g) of ricotta cheese
- 2 dl berries (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
- 250 g whipped vanilla cream
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese and whipped vanilla cream until smooth.
2. Gently fold in the berries and sugar, being careful not to crush the berries.
3. Serve immediately or refrigerate for a short time before serving.
