A delicious and fluffy pancake recipe made with ripe bananas and a touch of caramel. Perfect for breakfast or a sweet treat!

Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1 dl coconut flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp caramel sauce
- Butter for frying
Instructions:
1. Mash the bananas in a bowl.
2. Add the eggs and mix well.
3. Stir in the coconut flour, baking powder, and salt until you have a smooth batter.
4. Heat butter in a pan over low heat.
5. Pour some batter onto the pan and cook until the pancakes have a golden brown surface. Flip carefully.
6. Cook the other side until golden as well.
7. Serve warm with caramel sauce drizzled on top.
