A flavorful addition to any meal or perfect for a burger. These easy-to-make veggie patties are packed with taste.

Serving Size: 4 patties
Ingredients:
- 2 dl canned or cooked chickpeas
- 1 dl oats
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 small carrot, grated
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Rinse the chickpeas and drain them well.
2. In a bowl, combine chickpeas, oats, onion, garlic, carrot, parsley, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and paprika powder.
3. Mix all the ingredients into a smooth mixture using a fork or blender.
4. Shape the mixture into small patties.
5. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
6. Fry the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
7. Serve warm with salad or in a bun.
