Ingredients:
- 300 g fresh mushrooms (e.g., button mushrooms)
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp butter
- 400 ml chicken broth
- 200 ml heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Clean the mushrooms and chop them into small pieces.
2. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
3. Heat the butter in a pot and add the onion and garlic. Sauté on low heat until soft.
4. Add the chopped mushrooms to the pot and cook until they are tender and any moisture has evaporated.
5. Pour in the chicken broth and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
6. Stir in the heavy cream and mix well. Heat the soup until warm, but do not boil.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Serve the soup garnished with fresh parsley.
