Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 150 g mixed greens
- 100 g blue cheese, crumbled
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, honey, salt, and pepper.2. Add chicken breasts to the marinade and let them sit for about 15 minutes.
3. Preheat the grill or skillet over medium heat. Grill or cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
4. Prepare the salad by placing mixed greens on a serving platter.
5. Crumble blue cheese over the greens.
