Ingredients:

- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 150 g mixed greens
- 100 g blue cheese, crumbled

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, honey, salt, and pepper.
2. Add chicken breasts to the marinade and let them sit for about 15 minutes.
