Ingredients:
- 250 g pasta (e.g., tagliatelle)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 200 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 100 g fresh basil, chopped
- 50 g Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Drain and reserve a little pasta water.
2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Sauté for a few minutes until the garlic turns golden brown.
3. Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes until they soften.
4. Mix the cooked pasta into the pan and add a little reserved pasta water if needed. Stir well to combine.
5. Add the chopped basil and grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve immediately while warm and enjoy!
