Ingredients:
- 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2-3 mozzarella balls, cubed
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Sliced olives
- Capers
- 2 large onions, chopped
- Seasonings to taste (e.g., basil)
- 2-3 cans crushed tomatoes
- 1 package feta cheese or salad cheese
- Plenty of shaped pasta
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted water according to package instructions.
2. Peel and chop the onions and garlic.
3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet and add the onions and garlic. Sauté until soft.
4. Add the sliced olives and capers, stirring well to combine.
5. Pour in the crushed tomatoes and season with salt, black pepper, and any desired spices. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
6. Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce, mixing well.
7. Finally, add the cubed mozzarella and feta cheese. Allow the cheese to melt into the pasta.
8. Serve warm and enjoy!
