A delicious treat that combines rich dark chocolate with a buttery cookie base. Perfect for sharing or enjoying with a glass of milk.
Preparation Time: 25 minutes
Serving Size: Makes about 12 cookies
Ingredients:
- 125 g butter
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 dl brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 3 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 g dark chocolate (chopped)
Instructions:
1. Melt the butter and let it cool slightly.
2. In a bowl, mix the sugars with the cooled butter.
3. Add the egg and vanilla sugar, and mix well.
4. In another bowl, combine the flour and baking powder.
5. Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix until smooth.
6. Fold in the chopped dark chocolate.
7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
8. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 10-12 minutes.
9. Allow to cool for a moment before enjoying.
