A creamy and flavorful dish featuring seiti fish, shrimp, and fresh dill, perfect for a comforting dinner.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- Lemon pepper
- Salt
- 400 g seiti (cod or any white fish)
- ½ Pikkusisko cream cheese
- 100 g shrimp
- 2 dl heavy cream
- 3 tbsp fresh dill
Instructions:
1. Cut the partially thawed seiti into serving-sized pieces.
2. In a pan, sauté the fish pieces in a mixture of butter and oil for a few minutes.
3. Place small chunks of Pikkusisko cream cheese and shrimp between the pieces of fish.
4. Sprinkle lemon pepper and a pinch of salt over the top.
5. Add the fresh dill.
6. Pour the heavy cream over the fish and shrimp.
7. Cook on low heat until the fish is cooked through.
8. Serve warm.
