Ingredients:
- 1 fish stock cube
- 1 bag mixed frozen vegetables
- Frozen fish (such as cod or pollock)
- Water
- 8 potatoes
- 3 dl low-fat milk
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the potatoes into cubes.
2. Cut the partially thawed fish into suitable pieces.
3. Place the potatoes in a pot and cover with water, then bring to a boil.
4. Add the fish and mixed vegetables to the pot.
5. Allow to simmer until the potatoes are almost tender.
6. Stir in the milk.
7. Add black pepper and taste the soup, adjusting seasonings as necessary.
