Ingredients:
- 125 g butter
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 dl brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 dl chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. Melt the butter and let it cool.
2. In a bowl, mix the melted butter, sugars, and egg together until well combined.
3. Add the vanilla sugar and mix again.
4. Sift in the all-purpose flour and baking powder, and stir until a smooth dough forms.
5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
6. Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Bake at 180 °C (350 °F) for about 10-12 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown.
8. Allow to cool for a moment before enjoying!
