Ingredients:

- 4 sultsinat (small breads)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 dl millet
- 2.5 dl water
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)

Instructions:

1. Cook the millet in salted water until it is soft and the liquid is absorbed. Stir in honey if using.
2. Meanwhile, heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the butter.
3. Fry the sultsinat in the butter until they are beautifully golden brown.
4. Remove the sultsinat from the pan and cover with a cloth to keep them soft.
5. Fill the sultsinat with millet porridge and serve immediately.
