Delicious and filling dish perfect for a meal or snack. This recipe combines rice and barley groats into a tasty porridge.

Ingredients:

- 1.5 liters of milk
- 25 g melted butter
- 3 dl rye flour
- 1 dl wheat flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 dl water
- 1 dl whole barley groats
- 1 dl rice for porridge

Instructions:

1. First, prepare the porridge filling.
2. Add water to a pot and bring it to a boil.
3. Stir in the rice and barley groats.
4. Simmer the mixture on low heat for about 10 minutes.
5. Add the milk and continue simmering until the porridge is cooked, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
6. Season the porridge with salt and mix well.
