Ingredients:

- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup cream
- 3.5 oz dark chocolate
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
- Cocoa nibs (for serving)
- Pudding ice cream (for serving)

Instructions:

1. Heat the milk and cream in a saucepan over medium heat.
2. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt. Stir well.
3. Mix in the cornstarch and stir until the mixture thickens.
4. Remove the saucepan from heat and add the chopped dark chocolate. Stir until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
5. Pour the pudding into serving bowls and let it cool at room temperature.
6. Once cooled, refrigerate the pudding for at least 1-2 hours.
7. Serve the pudding with pudding ice cream and sprinkle cocoa nibs on top before serving.
