A delightful and light chocolate mämmi mousse that brings the Easter spirit to your plate. Perfect treat for spring days! Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g mämmi- 100 g dark chocolate
- 2 dl heavy cream
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Melt the dark chocolate in a water bath or microwave. Allow to cool slightly.2. Whip the heavy cream, sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt until soft peaks form.
3. Gently mix the mämmi and melted chocolate together.
4. Fold the chocolate-mämmi mixture into the whipped cream carefully to retain the fluffiness.
5. Divide the mousse into dessert bowls and refrigerate for about an hour before serving.
6. Optionally, garnish with chocolate shavings or fresh berries before serving.
