Ingredients:
- 400 g pulled oats
- 4 burger buns
- 1 red onion
- 1 avocado
- 1 tomato
- Lettuce (such as iceberg or arugula)
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add pulled oats to the pan and fry for about 5-7 minutes until heated through and slightly browned. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Chop the red onion, slice the tomato and avocado.
4. Lightly toast the burger buns in the pan or oven.
5. Assemble the burgers: spread mayonnaise and mustard on the buns, add the pulled oats, lettuce, tomato, onion, and avocado.
6. Close the burgers and serve immediately.
