A delicious and spicy yogurt-based dip perfect for pairing with grilled chicken or fresh vegetables. Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon chili, finely chopped (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the yogurt and Sriracha sauce.
2. Add the fish sauce, lime juice, chopped cilantro, grated ginger, and sugar.
3. Stir all the ingredients together until well combined.
4. Taste the dip and add chili if you prefer more heat.
5. Allow the dip to chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
6. Serve the dip with grilled chicken or fresh vegetables.
