A nourishing and delicious porridge that is effortlessly made in the oven. Serve with organic apple sauce or blueberries.

Ingredients:
- 1 liter of skim milk
- 300 g of spelt pearls
- 1 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
2. Pour the milk into an oven-safe dish.
3. Add the spelt pearls and pink Himalayan salt to the milk. Stir well to combine.
4. Bake in the oven for about 1 hour and 40 minutes, or until the porridge is cooked through.
5. Serve the porridge with organic apple sauce or blueberries on top.
