Ingredients:

- 2 dl yogurt
- 1 dl mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika powder
- 1 dl fresh herbs (such as parsley and dill)
- 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, diced

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, crushed garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika powder. Mix well.
2. Finely chop the fresh herbs and add them to the mixture. Stir until combined.
3. Prepare a vegetable platter with the sliced carrots, cucumber, and diced bell pepper on a serving dish.
4. Serve the dip alongside the vegetables.
