Serving Size: Serves 4-6
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 200 g Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1-2 garlic cloves (to taste)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
2. Add the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and peeled garlic cloves to the avocado.
3. Mash all the ingredients together until smooth using a fork or an immersion blender.
4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
5. Serve the dip immediately with vegetables, chips, or bread.
