Ingredients:

- 250 g sugar snap peas

Instructions:
1. Boil the peas and sugar snap peas in salted water for about 3-5 minutes until tender but still crisp. Drain and rinse under cold water.
2. In a bowl, prepare the dressing by mixing together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, and mustard.
3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked peas with the dressing. Gently toss to avoid crushing the peas.
