A flavorful taco sauce made with soy protein, perfect for topping your favorite dishes. Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 0.5 dl soy flour
- 1 dl dark soy granules
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 5 g taco seasoning
- Hot water (enough to cover the soy granules)
Instructions:
1. Boil enough water in a kettle.
2. In a bowl, mix together the dry soy granules, chili powder, and taco seasoning.
3. Add the hot water until the soy granules are fully submerged and mix well.
4. Let the mixture sit for a while to allow the flavors to meld.
5. Stir in the soy flour into the soy mixture until smooth.
6. Serve the sauce with your choice of toppings.
