Description: This delicious and sweet Salmiakki Rocky Road combines licorice, chocolate, and nuts, making it a perfect treat for any occasion.

Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 100 g milk chocolate
- 100 g marshmallows
- 100 g salted peanuts
- 50 g salmiakki (Finnish licorice)
- 50 g butter
- 1 dl milk (for serving)
Instructions:
1. Melt the dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and butter in a double boiler or microwave.
2. Stir in the marshmallows, salted peanuts, and chopped salmiakki into the melted chocolate mixture. Mix well.
3. Pour the mixture into a baking dish lined with parchment paper and smooth the surface.
4. Allow to cool at room temperature for about 1-2 hours or until fully set.
5. Cut the cooled rocky road into pieces and serve with milk.
