Ingredients:
- 1 pack American bacon
- 2 packs chicken tenders
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2-3 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup heavy cream (optional)
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the bacon and cook until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the chicken tenders and cook until they are nicely browned.
4. Sprinkle curry powder and flour over the chicken and mix well.
5. Add ketchup and water. Stir and let it simmer for a few minutes.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. If you prefer a creamier dish, add the heavy cream and stir.
7. Return the cooked bacon to the skillet and mix all the ingredients together.
8. Allow the skillet to simmer for about 5-10 minutes to blend the flavors.
9. Serve warm with rice or potatoes.
