- 2 bananas - 2 apples
- 1 pear
- 1 orange
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup grapes
- 1 cup kiwi
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the bananas, apples, pear, and kiwi.2. Peel and segment the orange.
3. Wash and halve the grapes.
4. Cut the strawberries in half.
5. Combine all the fruits in a large bowl.
6. Add honey and lemon juice to the fruits and mix gently.
7. Allow the salad to chill in the refrigerator for about 5-10 minutes.
8. Serve the salad garnished with fresh mint leaves.
