Ingredients:

- 2 slices of whole grain bread
- 1 ripe avocado
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
- Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
2. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop the avocado flesh into a bowl.
3. Mash the avocado with a fork and add lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and chili powder. Mix well.
4. Spread the avocado mixture on top of the toasted bread.
5. Garnish with fresh herbs and enjoy immediately.
