A tangy and sweet dessert with a buttery oat crust and creamy lemon filling. Perfect for gatherings! Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Serving Size: 12 bars
Ingredients:
- 120 g butter
- 1 1/2 dl brown sugar
- 2 1/2 dl rolled oats
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 dl lemon juice
- 2-3 tsp lemon zest
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, cream the softened butter and brown sugar together until smooth.
3. Add the rolled oats, flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until the mixture resembles crumbs.
4. Grease a baking dish and press a little more than half of the crumb mixture into the bottom of the dish.
5. In another bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Mix well.
6. Pour the lemon filling over the crust in the baking dish.
7. Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture over the lemon filling.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the top is a beautiful golden brown. (Check for doneness; you may need to bake longer.)
9. Allow to cool before serving.
