This delicious chicken sauce is a perfect addition to rice or pasta. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken breast fillets - 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 red bell pepper
- 200 ml cream
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Dice the red bell pepper. 2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sautéing until they are soft.
3. Add the chicken breast fillets to the pan and cook until they are golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Add the diced bell pepper to the pan and cook for a few more minutes.
5. Pour the cream and soy sauce into the pan. Mix well and let the sauce simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes.
6. Serve the sauce garnished with fresh parsley over rice or pasta.
